Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kentucky
Filing a Claim in VA against a KY firm
I live in Virginia and want to file a small claim against a company in Kentucky. I have the Small Claim form for Virginia, but was told I need to get a form from Kentucky, too. What Kentucy form do I use to file?

Re: Filing a Claim in VA against a KY firm
The Kentucky court where you will file your claim will have such forms. (The Virginia form will not be suitable for
this action to be filed in Kentucky.)
