Legal Question in Consumer Law in Kentucky
I purchased a 1 year old suv from a local dealer 4 years ago and found out today when i went to trade in my suv that the title is a salvage title. we were not aware of this nor were we told when we paid 33,000 for this auto, that it was a salvage title. i would have never have bought this car if i would have been made aware of this. now i have a suv only worth a few thousand dollars. is there anything i can do to this dealership to make them stand liable for fraud.

You need to contact an attorney as there are laws in Kentucky that require full disclosure of a salvaged title from a dealer to a buyer. You may be able to recover damages because of the failure to notify you, including difference in value, other damages and attorney fees.
