Can a credit card company garnish my wages if I don't pay untill they do something about my finance charge? What are the laws in Kentucky on unsecured debt?

A credit card company can only garnish your wages in Kentucky after it has sued you and obtained a judgment against you. If you have not yet been sued, a credit card company is several steps away from being able to garnish your wages.
