can my wages be garnished over an unsecured credit card debt?

In Kentucky, garnishment can be issued only after a court has entered a judgment against the debtor. That judgment could be in a lawsuit on an unsecured credit card, so in that sense there could be a garnishment on a credit card, but only after a court has found the debtor liable on the debt and granted the creditor a judgment.
