No. There is no such thing anymore as debtor's prison. However, you cannot ignore your growing debt problem. You need to probably file a chapter 7 bankruptcy (complete iquidation of your debts) provided you qualify. If the creditors haven't already, they will soon file lawsuits against you and try to garnish your assets. You need to talk to a bankruptcy attorney to learn how to avoid that from happening.
