legal action
if you lease a vehicle and you turn it in and they resell it if they sell it for the same amount that i bought it for should i be obligated to pay the amount that i owed as when i turn it in plus pay their lawers fees and intrest?

If the creditor repossess the vehicle legally for non payment, they do then have a right to sell it at a reasonable sale and then sue you for the difference. However, if this was a lease agreement, that does not sound appropriate.
