Can you do a qick claim deed on your home to stop fourcloser

No, a quit claim deed will not stop a foreclosure. That is true whether you deed the property before or after the foreclosure has started.

If before foreclosure, then the person to whom you deeded the property will just be named in the foreclosure suit.

If after, the person who got the property takes it SUBJECT TO the foreclosure.
