Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky

I was accused of stealing at wori, the way it works is the people who work upfront take in cash sales then hand write up a manual invoice at the end of the day they write up a cash sheet put one copy with that and the other copy goes with the money and put into safe at night in the morning the worker up front gets it out gives it to me i write uo a deposit slip and take to bank, they say they have invoices from the front but the copies given to me were gone and the money was not deposited into the bank, I have been employed there for 8 years and they said this started happening 5 months ago I really didnt do this but all evidence points to me, I do know they have one receipt book missing from the front, they said if i idnt say I done it they would call the police on Monday but they still gave me my payroll check today what can I do can I be arrested for this

Well, certainly if you admit to them that you stole, whether you did it or not, they will file charges against you. You should get an attorney immediately, and make no statements to anyone without your attorney present. I just can't emphasize this enough. Talk to NO ONE. People often make the mistake of believing if they're "honest" or even tell the interrogator what they want to hear, things will be okay. It won't be okay. Get an attorney, and don't let them railroad you. You may think the evidence points to you, but if it did, you'd have already been arrested.
