Allegations of Abusive Sexual Contact

My son is being investiagted by CID for allegations mentioned above. We talked to CID w/o an attorney and they were just drilling my son like he was already a criminal. The allegations are from a 3 and 5 year old that we have known the parents for 2 years and have done everything together. He has even baby set for them. This is really a nightmare and scary for me. They told us that they will get back with us and haven't yet, but has sent investigators around our neighborhood asking questions. I am just so scared for him and me. Don't knwo which direction to go and where. I am deploying in 70 days and this is really tearing my family apart. Don't have money to cover legals fees up front, will come up with some way to pay, need to know if this can be a pro bono type or what? This is the first for me and my family to go thru this so I am very confused and need help. Any assistance would be appreciated and helpful.

From your inquiry, I assume your son is a juvenile, and that you were present during the interrogation. Your son definitely needs the services of a criminal attorney.
