Arrest warrant for bad check
I was told I have an arrest warrant for a bad check in the amount of $1,901.00. I am to turn myself in Wednesday. What will happen?

Re: Arrest warrant for bad check
You will be processed on the warrant, a bond set and you will have the chance to bond out of jail. Likely the bond will match the amount of the bad check, but maybe you can get it lowered. You'll have a court date and will face the charges. If you hire an attorney in advance, they can likely work out the turn in and bond procedures so you won't have to spend much/any time in jail. Best of luck.
