Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
assault charge?
Me and my significant other were play wrestling and got heavy never hit or pushed her accept on the bed once then i took her fone she got heated and the cops arrived on an outside call that we were loud. When they arrived we told them the entire story and arrested me charging me with assault in the fourht degree apparently for pushin her. will i be convicted and sentenced?
