Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky

my boyfriend got arrested for unlawful transaction with a minor. somebody told me it was stalking some one, but i know they dont know what they are talking about. I was just wondering what it was.

Likely it's sex, drugs, alcohol, or all of the above. But it might have to do with encouraging truancy or being a runaway.
