Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
i got charged with (tbut)of anhydris ammonia gas)intent to make meth 1 offence.they ceased the truck and i had it borrowed and it was in somebody elses name and they new nothin about it.i told them it was my truck cause i thought she would get in trouble.can they keep the truck and its in police impound,been there for5 months can they charge for all them months?

Likely your friend will need to pay to get the vehicle out of the impound, and can sue you to recover for damages. However, it sounds like you have bigger problems than that.
