Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
I had a check go bad 15yrs ago in 1997 they waited that long to arrest me for it i've been workin in the medical feil and havto go through background checks and nothing came up on me until few weeks ago is their any limits on this the check is 95$

Sounds like you have a statute of limitations defense to me. I'm confused if you've been arrested or if a recent background check simply revealed a bench warrant for an old charge.
Regardless of your statute of limitations defense, with misdemeanor cold checks, the county attorney will probably dismiss if you pay the check amount and the court costs.
