508.060 Wanton endangerment in the first degree. (1) A person is guilty of wanton endangerment in the first
circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value
wantonly engages in conduct which creates a substantial danger
physical injury to another person. (2) Wanton endangerment in the first degree is a Class D felony.
Punishment for a Class D felony is not less that (1), nor more than (5) years in prison.
