Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
What is the most that the court could do, and what is the least?
I was arestted for a bench warrent from 10 yrs ago, the charges are DUI first offense, reckless driving,suspended licence, no insurance, possesion of maranjia, and carrying a concealed weapon, i was arested in 1994 and my court date was 1994, at the time of my court date i was hospitialized and the doctor sent a fax to the court stating that i was in the hospital, that was a long time ago and i now have a good job and do not want to lose it, what is should i be expecting when i go to court?

You should contact counsel. A lot depends on the Judge and Prosecutor. I would think that this is the type of thing that could be worked out, but you need some experienced help here who is familiar with local rules, etc. Don't try to do this by yourself.
