Where do I need to go to get a copy of the court transcripts when I can't get them from the court clerk' office?

Kentucky's court proceedings (at least recently) are kept on videotape. You can order a copy of the relevant tapes at the clerk's office. If you need a written transcript, you can hire a court stenographer to listen to the videotape and prepare a typewritten transcript.
