if you got caught on someones property with a roach or mostly smokes joint and they are trying to pin a tresspasing and criminal charge on you will you need to be worried

Silly question. Of course you should be worried. You may be charged with multiple misdemeanors which could result in your incarceration for up to 12 months in jail.
You should contact a criminal attorney immediately. You can call the Kentucky Bar Association for a referral.
