What is the maximum and minimum sentence for a third degree felony?

In KY, felonies are described as class A, B, C, or D. A class "A" felony, (murder, etc) carries capital punishment or life while a class "D" level felony carries a penalty of 1 to 5 years. In order to find an answer to your question, you would need to provide the exact offense, such as 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree burgulary, etc.
