Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
disorderly conduct in the 2nd
my friend was not arrested and was cited a ticket for disorderly conduct in the second degree in Loiusville KY, for urinating in a public place. She has to appear in court. What is to be expected in court? Will she just have to pay a fine?

Re: disorderly conduct in the 2nd
She will probably have to pay a fine and plead guilty to the disorderly conduct. if this is her first offense, she might be able to hire an attorney to have it dismissed or allow her to enter a diversion program with some community service. feel fre to contact me if you have further questions.
