drug trafficking

i was busted for supoely selling a methadone to an informant when he return's to cop the cop said on the video that it's a pink pill marked 54/142 but on paper work they have it's a white pill marked 54/142 so how can they say it's a pink pill on video and then produce a white pill in court the informant said i told him it was a methadone but i didnt say anything like that also the cop that arrested me told the turn key at the jail that they got me for selling oxycotin and the turn key said he would testify to that in court do i have a good case

If you choose to go to trial, much of this information can be used to impeach witnesses and/or help with negotiations with the prosecutor. With that said, it's definitely information you will want to hold onto.
