Dui First offender
After a person is convicted of a Dui how long does it take to get off of the record?

It doesn't go away. There is a procedure for expungement of misdemeanors, but that is for a VERY limit set of circumstances. After 5 years the DUI can't be used to enhance future DUI's if that's what you're asking.
