I have never been in troubke before. What I would like to know is how will I be Charged. What can I expect when I go to Court And do I need a lawyer

You can expect to be advised of your charges and the penalties. Most court's set a pre-trial date. You really should invest in a good Criminal Attorney to help you since you are not familiar with the system.
