What can I do
What can I do when I feel like the lawyer is not working for my boyfriend who is currently in Jail. He has requested a sit down with the prosecuter and his attorney but we keep getting told that the prosecutor, who has made and cancelled 3 meetings, doesn't seem to want to make time for him.

It sounds like it's not your boyfriend's lawyer's fault if the Prosecutor keeps putting him off. He needs to address the issues he has with his attorney.
