Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
My fiance has been final sentenced and is on probation. he was ordered to complete a drug rehab that was 6 months. he lost his bed at that facility and had to go to a 12 to 15 month facility. we would like to go before the judge to ask once he has completed the 6 months if he can be done and stay on probation. is it possible to get a hearing?

While he can certainly bring the motion, the question will more likely be whether the rehab program will certify his "completion." I would imagine successfully completing his rehab is more important than the actual length of time.
Think seriously about whether he should even leave after six months, even if allowed. Since you are planning to marry a man with a drug addiction, I would want to be very certain that he is devoted to his recovery and staying clean, not just fulfilling a requirement to keep himself out of jail. Otherwise, the success of his recovery is much less assured.
