fraud to get narcatics
how much trouble am i in. i faked a illness
to get nacartics. they told me it was going in front of the grand jury but i didn;t get arrested or nor did i sighn any type of papers.

The grand jury can indict you on felony charges if it believes
that a crime was committed and that you committed it. It sometimes
takes months before the grand jury gets around to hearing a particular
case due to other business or the necessity of having law enforcement
agents complete their investigative work on your case.
On the other hand, they may have decided not to pursue it. There is really
no way to tell unless an indictment is returned against you or a prosecutor tells
your lawyer that the investigation is closed, because Grand Jury proceedings
are secret.
