Husband arrested while on work release
My husband was arrested for disorderly conduct while on work release. He was on work release at the time and left his job to protect his daughter. He is currently reporting to a parole officer. What are his options for staying out of prison?

Re: Husband arrested while on work release
Depends on a lot of factors. 1st if he beats the DC charge, he's probably ok. However if he doesn't, he's probably up to the mercy of the parole officers and board. He should hire an attorney and try to beat the disorderly conduct charge.
