I would concentrate on getting your charges dismissed before you worry about getting her charged with a crime.
Hopefully you have legal representation. If you do not have legal representation, then you need to find a lawyer immediately. Your "proof" isn't much good if you don't have an attorney to make the most of it and get the matter dismissed quickly by presenting the case to the county attorney/commonwealth's attorney, if that is possible.
After the disposition of your case, if you are able to get your charges dismissed, then you might press the county attorney for charging her with something like filing a false police report. You could also file a civil suit against her for defamation. But worry about all of that after your charges are dismissed.
