indictment
why is when i got arrested,i had 2 felony charges,but when i went to court to get my indictment,i only had 1.my charges where,theft by deception,and theft by unlawfull taken,over $300

Maybe you are lucky. Sounds like the Grand Jury decided to only indict you on one charge, or the prosecutor decided to only present the one instead of both.
