Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
is it intrapment?
I have a question and if you can not help me please ask someone that can and they can e-mail me back. If a person sold a half pound of marajiuna to a kentucky under cover sherriff, and did not arrest the person but filed a warrent out later. the why didnt the uncer cover arrest the person at the time of the deal was done.Is that police intrapment?

This happens all the time ...they wait until they want to charge...maybe they wanted to watch you for awhile...They have a year to decide.
