Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky

I am being charged with Disorderly Conduct in the second degree.... This morning I went to court for it... The judge Stated that the man I was in conflict with was is ''personal freind''... is it possible to change the judge? The judges name was Joe Brown... and he did not give me a chance to state my side of the story or my perspective. Is this a vialation of my rights?

You need to contact an attorney and ask them to look into filing a motion to have the judge recuse himself from the matter.
