Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
One judge told me to be in court at 10pm, I was, but this other judge had already called my name before 10pm. I was arrested for failure to appear. What can I do about this and is this serious?

10pm? That didn't strike you as odd? Also, they should have given you a paper with the time on it.
The county attorney might be willing to drop the failure to appear charge if you explain that you made a mistake on the time (or if your paper said the wrong time).
