At what age can a juvenile be charged with sexual assault and does there have to be a certain number of years between the aggressor and the victim?

Your question is too broad to provide a quality answer. I would need to know which county the offense occurred in, the sex and age of the aggressor, the sex and age of the victim, and if the contact was consensual before an answer could be provided.
