is it possible for a background check to get in to my juvenile record if i am over the age 0f 18

No. All juvenile records are confidential until the juvenile turns 18. At that point, the law requires that all records of arrest, court records, photographs, and any other mention of the juvenile be destroyed by police and court officials. An adult may legally state on an employment application that he has never been arrested or charged with a crime, if his only criminal charges were when he was a juvenile.
