If he has done a "serve out" of his sentence, he shouldn't be on parole when he's out. Are the charges Federal or State? If federal, there are provisions for post release supervision that may apply. But if the charges are state charges and a state sentence, then if he has served all of his time (minus good time), then there should be no post release issues. A motion might be the trick to get the Dept. of Corrections and PO to remove him from the supervision. Call with questions. 859-491-5800.
