Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
Meaning of Legal Terminology
I have a past aquaintance that had a jury trail on an attempted murder charge. I have been following the progress on line as much as I can. What does it specifically mean when after the trial the court docket says ''review'' and is given a new court date?
Thank you...

the Court uses this to keep track of some unresolved issue. That way the case does not get lost in the system. Apparently, there is something pending. to know what, you would have to look at the Court file or ask the parties or clerk.
