Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
i know a minor who was raped but the guy got off on a mistrial.then he moved in behind were her aunt lives because she spends alot of time there.he clearly done it to get into her head because he might be on trial again soon.is this legal

If the Commonwealth has no pending charges against him, then there are likely no restraints on where he can live. The young lady should get private counsel to go over what civil remedies may be available to her. Just because you can't get a criminal conviction, doesn't mean game over.
