Misrepresented
I was tricked into taking a guilty plee by my Public Defender and I need to know can I take it back or can I do something about being misrepresented?

Depending on where you are in the process, you can ask the court to allow you to withdraw your guilty plea or file a petition under RcR 11.42 alleging that your conviction was unconstitutionally obtained.
