Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
I ordered a scooter from a website,and i elected to pay with an e-check thru paypal. Paypal informs people to not send any item untill the e-check clears,however mine didnt but the company shipped the scooter to me anyway,now they want paid for it and are threating me with the police. It was not my fault they shipped it before payment,now what should i do and most of all what can they do to me?

You should pay them for the scooter. Since the money didn't clear, just arrange for other payment.
