payment responsibility
My home was broken into and 3 900 numbers were called totaling $200.87. A police report was filed. Am I responsible for payment?

If the calls were placed from your phone, then you are technically responsible for the charges. You might try calling your phone company for some relief. If you do pay the charges, you might be able to turn it in on your homeowner's policy (it depends on the policy of course).
