Depends on what the bullying consisted of, and how serious. If we're talking about calling someone names at school, probably would not be any charges filed. Being rude to someone isn't generally a crime. But charges have been brought against individuals for cyberstalking and serious harassment that have lead to suicide, as well as other electronic crimes such as involving identity theft. I am not aware of any cases of this pending in Kentucky, but cases in other states have certainly made the news, such as the student at Rutgers in New Jersey who committed suicide after his roommate secretly videotaped his homosexual encounter and distributed it to other students. (Of course that has other legal implications in and of itself, not just because it was harassing and bullying.)
