I (think) what you're asking is, if you have been charged with a misdemeanor, are you permitted to leave the jurisdiction? Unless for some reason the terms of your bond say otherwise, yes. You must, however, return to the jurisdiction for all court dates, and if you are found guilty and sentenced, serve your sentence in that jurisdiction.
