Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
Pretrial Diversion Order
I agreed to a Pretrial Diversion in August 2005. The terms of the agreement stated that I would receive confiscated property back (a computer). However, now the Commonwealth Attorney will not sign the release of my property back to me. They found nothing on this computer and I need it in order to prepare for my tax return. What can I do? Should I contact the Judge of the Court that signed the agreement?
