Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
Probation
I was put on 5 year probation and part of the deal was when I was finished with my 5 years it would be removed from my record, but I've been off for two years and it;s still on my record. Why?

Re: Probation
It is impossible to answer this without more information, and to resolve it you will probably have to file a motion in Circuit Court.
If this was a diversion program, it should come off; if it was straight probation, it looks to me like you are stuck with a felony conviction unless you can reopen the case (which is pretty doubtful).
Consult a local attorney, tell him the story, let him review the record, and then follow his advice.
