Re: recording conversation
Kentucky is what is sometimes referred to as a "one party consent" state. That is, if one party to the conversation agrees to recording the conversation, it can be recorded.
Of course, under some circumstances, law enforcement can intercept and record telephone conversations pursuant to a court-authorized lawful wiretap or as otherwise provided for by law (e.g. national security matters).
