Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
Rights Violated
Can a retired judge come back from retirement and sit in on a trail, leave and a second judge sit in for sentencing and ignore the first judges recommendations? Can a trail continue to drag on for 3 or more years and be delayed? Can the judge be allowed to give the pros. more time to find evidence when they failed to get the grand jury to indict the first time? Can charges be brought against someone & remain for like 3 years be dropped and replaced with charges that carrry a higher sentence?

Re: Rights Violated
You have so many issues going, that they can't possibly be dealt with here. You need to pay for an hour of an attorney's time so you can get clarification on all these concerns.
