Legal Question in Criminal Law in Kentucky
If someone in the room is drunk and waving a loaded gun around can you file charges. He was told my 17 year old daughter was afraid but continued anyway. This is a very well known public figure and this would ruin his career.

I'm certain the media would be happy to hear your story, even if the police are not.
Being drunk and waving a gun around recklessly would be a crime, yes, albeit a minor one since the gun was not discharged. If you feel strongly about it and unafraid to scuttle the ambitions of a local celebrity, then you should report it. It sounds as though he needs help for his substance abuse before he hurts himself and/or others.
