running a toll booth
if an individual ran two toll booths in kentucky 2005 and was cited with wanten indangerment because the judge did not know what to charge is this a wrong charge . the individual was scared and took a plea of two years under a differnt judge on april 2008. under federal law the charge should have been a fine. what can be done to draw the plea if the initial charge was wrong

A person would have to file a motion to withdraw their plea. It is difficult to convice a judge to allow a person to do that, especially if he's already been sentenced. It's not impossible, but an attorney should be used to argue the reasons.
