Saleing stolen items
What is the worst penality for saleing motor cycles out of shop and without knowledge motor cycles were built with stolen parts?

Sounds like the possible charge could be Receiving stolen property. If the value is less than $300, it is a Misdemeanor which carries up to a year in jail. If it's $300 or over, it's a D felony which carries a sentence of 1 - 5 years.
