Is it possible to have felony conviction records sealed?

Re: sealed conviction records
Generally, the only such records not subject to public review would those of juveniles. Otherwise, it would most likely have to be a situation in an on going matter dealing with issues as an example, of victim identification, location and the like. Beyond this it does not seem like it would be subject to being sealed.
